I purchased a Mercedes GLA 250 back in may and the process was smooth but I had an issue with my battery I was directed to speak to Thomas Freedman who was super helpful, made sure I got a new battery, fast forward my keys were stolen and it cost 800 to replace I called Thomas Freedman and he did his research and found my spare key within minutes, I greatly appreciate him for being so helpful and professional

Both the sales rep Jose and the financial manager Ely were such a great help! Jose worked with my budget and gave great advise. Ely was a super help as well with understanding all the terms and conditions of my vehicle! 10/10 rating for anyone interested in buying a new vehicle TT Motors Trader sales is the way to go!

The inventory of cars is solid. The staff is friendly and will help guide you to a plan that works for you. These people will be real and accommodate for you so that they can earn good business which is fair. They got me a good rate on insurance and a great price for the car that was a 2019. Overall great place to browse or to purchase some of these pre-owned cars that look clean and taken care of.

Today has been the best day of my life everytime I think of new car shopping I think about long waits, high prices, no negotiating just as is.. but today Rudy, Ely, and Louis proved me wrong they was so great to me so honest so helping and kind they broke everything down to me explain to me my best options and all the different ways i can save. I was happy with the entire experience of purchasing a car from TT Motors Trader. The only thing that stood out to me in a negative way, was the time the car was handed over to my son, I looked at the gas tank and I mentioned to Gus that the gas tank was half full. He’s response was “it’s half a tank it’s ok you have some gas”. I had bought another last year from HGreg and they handed me a full tank of gas. In fact, all the cars I have purchased had a full tank of gas. I found it rude, they got my money and the banks, also commission. It’s would have been the courteous thing to do.

I was very happy with the service that Thomas Freedman did to my car, He was very polite, professional, efficient and the service was excellent, i would definitely recommend him.
